This is one of the Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site — widely considered the best-preserved Arab medieval citadel anywhere, and Spain's single most-visited attraction. You'll be picked up by shuttle from your hotel or a nearby central point in Granada, then guided through the Alcazaba (the old military zone), the Palace of Carlos V, the Generalife Gardens (once a royal retreat), and the Nazari Palaces, which served as the seat of court and administration.
