DAY 01 – GUWAHATI ARRIVAL → BOMDILA
Approx. 250 km | 5 Hours
Arrive at Guwahati Airport, where our representative will meet you and assist you with your onward journey to Bomdila.
Proceed towards the mountains, with permission checks along the route, as you gradually enter the beautiful landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh.
On arrival in Bomdila, check in to your hotel and relax after the journey.

DAY 02 – BOMDILA → TAWANG
Approx. 180 km | 6 Hours
After breakfast, begin your scenic drive towards Tawang.
The journey takes you through some of the most spectacular landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh. En route, experience the beauty of Sela Pass, one of the most dramatic mountain crossings in the region.
Continue towards Jaswant Garh, a memorial dedicated to the soldiers who lost their lives during the 1962 Indo-China War.
You will also witness the spectacular Nuranang Falls, one of the region's dramatic waterfalls.
Continue towards Tawang and explore the renowned Tawang Monastery, also known as Galden Namgyal Lhatse.
On arrival, check in to the hotel. The evening is free for leisure.

DAY 03 – EXCURSION TO BUMLA PASS & SANGESTAR LAKE
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Bumla Pass, located at an altitude of approximately 15,200 feet near the Indo-China border.
En route, visit the stunning Sangestar Lake, also known as Madhuri Lake. Surrounded by dramatic mountains, this high-altitude lake is one of the most memorable attractions around Tawang.
After exploring the area, return to Tawang.
The evening is free to explore the local market and shop for regional souvenirs.

Important Note – Bumla Pass Excursion
Bumla Pass is subject to weather conditions, road conditions and availability of permits from the Army.
DAY 04 – TAWANG SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, set out to explore the cultural and historical attractions of Tawang.
Visit the magnificent Tawang Monastery, one of the region's most important Buddhist monasteries.
Continue to the Tawang War Memorial, a 40-foot-high memorial built in memory of the soldiers who lost their lives during the 1962 Sino-India War.
Explore Norling Monastery, Ani Gompa and the Buddha Statue, followed by the listed light and sound show, subject to operational availability.
Return to the hotel after sightseeing.

DAY 05 – TAWANG → DIRANG
Approx. 140 km | 4 Hours
After breakfast, check out and begin your journey towards Dirang.
On arrival, explore the traditional Dirang Monpa tribal villages and experience the local lifestyle through village walks and interactions with the local community.
Continue towards the beautiful Sangti Valley, known for its scenic surroundings and as a seasonal habitat of the black-necked crane.
After sightseeing, check in to your hotel and relax.

DAY 06 – DIRANG SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, explore the scenic attractions around Dirang.
Begin with Dirang Mandala Top Viewpoint, (sub to availablity) offering panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The viewpoint features a circular arrangement of 108 Buddhist stupas.
Continue to Sangti Valley, surrounded by rivers, meadows and mountain landscapes.
Visit Dirang Dzong, the historic fort area offering beautiful views of Dirang town and the river.
Return to the hotel after sightseeing.

DAY 07 – DIRANG → GUWAHATI
Approx. 300 km | 8 Hours
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey towards Guwahati.
En route, visit the Dirang Monastery and Hot Water Spring.
Continue your drive towards Guwahati.
On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax.
Overnight Stay: Guwahati
DAY 08 – GUWAHATI DEPARTURE
After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
Our representative will assist you with your transfer to Guwahati Airport for your onward journey.
